Hilldale United Methodist Church Master Plan

A Campus Master Plan for an existing congregation to include multiple phases of renovated and new construction beginning with the a new 500 capacity Worship Center.  The Master Plan shall serve all future development initiatives for the next 20 years.

 

Bethlehem United Methodist Church

In 2009 a lightning storm caught the Historic Bethlehem United Methodist Church (Circa 1840) on fire and burned the building to the ground.  The new 14,325 sq. ft. replacement facility was designed to capture the aesthetic spirit of the original structure.

 

Lone Oak First Baptist Church

Renovations and approximately 25,000 s.f. of additions including the highly visible Prayer Tower illustrated below for a 100,000 s.f. campus and facility.

First Baptist Chuch – Hope Building Annex Addition

A 61,000 sq. ft. four story addition including Children’s and Youth
Sunday School, Fellowship, and Christian Services.

First Baptist Church – New Sanctuary Addition

A new 165,000 square foot  sanctuary addition onto the existing First  Baptist Church in Clarksville, TN.  This project included a connector bridge, new Sunday School classrooms, a new sanctuary, new meeting rooms and storage space. The sanctuary includes state of the art acoustics and audio, visual capabilities.

Clarksville Cumberland Presbyterian Church

A Campus and Facilities Master Plan focusing on the redevelopment of the primary church entrance, Gathering Hall, administration functions and additional educational spaces.  The project also includes upgrades to the existing sanctuary and future Fellowship Hall expansions

Cost Estimate:  $2,800,000.00 total

Trinity Episcopal Church

December 21st, 2011

Restoration of 1878 church which was significantly damaged in the 1999 Tornado that destroyed much of downtown Clarksville, Tennessee. One-half of the Parish House was restored and renovated and a three-story addition was constructed on the front-half with a connector element and courtyard.
