The firm has been involved in the creation of subsequent Sub-Area Plans including the new Student Plaza, in the heart of campus and the Beatrice Hand Village Park which anchors the new 300 bed student apartment complex at West and Home Avenues.

Clarksville Cumberland Presbyterian Church

Riverwalk Master Plan Phz II

A twenty-year Vision Plan encompassing the River District from Ft. Defiance to the new Marina.  The plan will be made public sometime in February 2010.  Aspects of the North Extension component behind the Two Rivers shopping center are currently under phased construction.

Bone & Joint Group Medical Office Complex

A multiple practice medical office facility designed in the “Craftsman Style” with the potential for five separate medical practices under one roof including a pain clinic, limb & brace shop, orthopedic office, imaging suite and physical therapy suite.  Each of the pavilions contains a partial second floor for records, business and staff functions.  The client desired that the connecting element be designed as an open, flowing, warm and inviting space that functioned as a shared patient seating area with a strong orientation to the preserved natural outdoor views and daylight. His support of the visual arts required that gallery space was also a feature and it supports after hours use for gathering functions

Pedestrian Overpass & Gateway Pavilion – Cumberland Riverwalk at McGregor Park Phz II

Design/Build-52nd EOD Unit Operations Facility

The project consists of two facilities – A Company Operations Facility (COF) and a Tactical Equipment Maintenance Facility (TEMF).  The COF is constructed using a pre-engineered building frame with a mezzanine upper level for platoon offices.  The lower level houses storage areas, weapons vaults, secure storage, comm. storage, lockers and individual lay-down areas.  The Administration Module is constructed using a modular metal framed system and is occupied by the Commanders, Training Officers and Senior NCO’s, with toilet and shower facilities for all parties.  The TEMF is a pre-engineered building frame with masonry interior walls, heavy duty floor slabs, 10 ton bridge crane in the service bays, weapons vaults, comsec storage, and ancillary spaces to support the ongoing maintenance operations.

 

This project includes full ATFP (anti-terrorism force protection) requirements and has been designed to achieve LEED Silver certification upon completion of the project.
